We did it !!! Timberland and Munster Rugby complete the Kerry Way Challenge

On Sunday the 26th August runners and walkers from Timberland, Munster Rugby and Cari took part in what can only be described as an the most spectacluar  but gruelling mountainous 13.1 mile trek along The Kerry Way  Setting out from the square in Kenmare the group encountered a long steep road which lead to the tricky Kerry Way Trail.  The trail threw all the elements at the participants, testing everyone’s endurance levels, miniature canyons with rocky outcrops provided slippery conditions with open marshy areas that squelched and sucked your feet under. Timberland® & Munster Rugby launch the ‘Kerry Way Challenge’ for CARI

July 25th, 2012 Timberland® and Munster Rugby are delighted to announce the Timberland® & Munster Rugby ’Kerry Way Challenge’ in aid of CARI taking place on Sunday August 26th. The Challenge was launched today with a photo shoot of Munster rugby players Donncha O’ Callaghan, Denis Hurley and James Coughlan.   Teams from Timberland® and Munster Rugby will put their levels of endurance to the test by attempting to undertake the 13.1 trail run which follows the final stage of the Kerry Way. Timberland take part in the Paul Darbyshire Cycle

Timberland take part in the Paul Darbyshire Cycle . Timberland employees recently took part in The Munster Rugby Cycle for Paul Darbyshire & Motor Neurone Research. The cycle began in Musgrave Park in Cork on Sunday June 19th 2011, with the Irish stages finishing in Trinity College Dublin on Tuesday 21st. The cycle then moved to the UK, finishing in Warrington on Thursday 23rd June 2011. Sadly Paul Darbyshire passed away on the morning of Monday 20th June, our thoughts are with Lyndsay and her family. Timberland and Munster Rugby complete the 3 Peaks Challenge August 29th, 2010 Timberland and Munster Rugby completed the Timberland/Munster Rugby 3 Peaks Challenge in aid of Enable Ireland. The Challenge was officially launched in July by Munster Rugby players Denis Leamy, Lifeimi Mafi and Ian Nagle at the Timberland store in Cork in support of their Munster staff colleagues taking part in the Challenge.
